I joined Mukilteo Natural Health Clinic to provide integrative medicine that empowers people to find their optimal health. As a naturopathic physician, I use an individualized approach that supports the body’s own healing processes with holistic, evidence-based primary care medicine. This includes looking into how the foundational aspects of life impact our health and that of our communities, whether its the food we eat or the environment in which we live.

My passion for medicine began at 12 years old when I took a trip to the Amazon Rainforest to study the botanical medicines of Peru, many of which serve as the basis for our pharmaceuticals today. This experience led me to pursue an undergraduate degree focused on medical and nutritional anthropology to further understand how different cultures view and utilize medicine. I then received my doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. During my time at Bastyr University, I developed special interests in chronic disease, digestive health, oncology, urology, physical medicine, men’s health, endocrinology, metabolic health, and mental health.
In my clinical practice, my focus is on understanding the person in front of me, their health needs, and the root cause of their illness. I strive to equip my patients with the tools they need to reach their goals for optimal well-being.
All things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth, befalls the sons and daughters of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life; he is
merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.”
