What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

In a soft-shell chamber, the air pressure gradually increases to three times greater than normal pressure. In chemistry, Henry’s Law tells us that the amount of a gas dissolved in a fluid is directly proportional to pressure. As pressure increases in the hyperbaric chamber, more oxygen dissolves into the bloodstream. All the added oxygen helps the body fight infections, create new immune & stem cells, recover healthy brain function, and improve circulation. By increasing pressure, hyperbaric therapy improves oxygen circulation throughout the body.
